Our Story

My name is Stephen Scott, and I'm proud to be the founder of ALPHA School of Motoring. With a background in the engineering industry, I decided to pursue a new career path as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). I trained with BSM (British School of Motoring) and worked as a BSM instructor for over four years before deciding to set up my own driving school. I chose the name ALPHA, symbolizing the first letter of the Greek alphabet, as I wanted my driving school to be the best and a benchmark for other driving schools to follow.

Driving ALPHA Forward

As our services grew in popularity, it became clear that we needed to expand our team to meet the increasing demand. We have now added additional driving instructors, both male and female, allowing us to cater to a wider range of customers and provide a greater range of lesson slots to suit individual needs.

Our Fleet of Vehicles

When you sign up with us, you'll have the use of a first-class vehicle, trusted by many motoring schools and a prime choice for a first car. Our fleet includes the Citroen DS3 and the Renault Clio. All our vehicles are fully air-conditioned and equipped with HE-MAN dual controls, ensuring a safe and comfortable learning environment. The DS3 offers a dynamic drive with its low driving position, body-hugging seats, and flat-bottomed steering wheel. The Clio Dynamique provides a comfortable and easy-to-handle drive.
