Automatic Driving Lessons
Our DVSA-approved instructors deliver structured automatic driving lessons tailored to individual learning paces. Using a three-stage teaching system, we break down complex manoeuvres into manageable steps while building confidence through consistent feedback. Lessons incorporate visual aids and progress tracking to ensure pupils master essential skills for both test success and lifelong safe driving.
Structured Learning System
Based on DVSA guidelines, our structured programme uses progressive lesson planning with clear objectives for each session. Pupils receive detailed progress charts showing skill development, enabling targeted improvement while maintaining motivation. This systematic approach ensures efficient learning, reducing overall costs through faster test readiness.
Franchise Opportunities
NOGEARS offers franchise packages for experienced driving instructors seeking business ownership. The model provides brand recognition, operational support, and access to proven teaching systems. Franchisees benefit from marketing resources and local market expertise while maintaining autonomy in their designated territories.
Pupil Progress Tracking
Each pupil receives a personalised progress chart documenting mastery of driving competencies. Instructors conduct regular reviews to identify development areas and adjust lesson content accordingly. This data-driven approach ensures pupils build confidence systematically while maintaining transparency about test readiness.
Pass Plus Courses
Post-test courses focus on improving driving skills in challenging conditions including motorway driving and night-time scenarios. Certified instructors provide advanced hazard perception training and eco-driving techniques to enhance safety and fuel efficiency for newly qualified drivers.
