Business Details
We are A2Z of Motoring, a family-owned driving school that has operated continuously since our establishment in 1976. Our operational history spans over 45 years, giving us deep, practical expertise in delivering tailored driving tuition to learners of all abilities. We specialise in providing both standard hourly driving lessons in manual and automatic vehicles, and intensive 5 or 10 day crash driving courses, to suit diverse learner schedules and learning preferences. Our team of qualified driving instructors covers most of South Wales, including Ammanford, Carmarthen, Llandeilo, Llanelli, Neath, Port Talbot and Swansea, providing local, accessible tuition across the region. We uphold rigorous professional standards for all instruction, with every lesson tracked against our detailed 34-point lesson syllabus using the latest digital technology. We prioritise full transparency in pupil progress, providing regular email score updates and 24/7 online access to lesson data via our dedicated pupil login portal.
Our support team is available 7 days a week, with phone lines open from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, excluding public holidays, to handle bookings, queries and lesson adjustments. We provide all pupils with complimentary free online theory test support, including access to over 2,500 revision questions and 150 hazard perception clips to aid theory test preparation. We send automated text reminders the evening before every driving lesson, alongside post-lesson receipts confirming payment and booked sessions, to reduce administrative hassle for our pupils. We are proud to have achieved a test pass rate of up to 73.3% across our instructor cohort over a 12 month period as of June 2026, demonstrating the consistent quality of our tuition.
