Booking and Scheduling Issues
Several reviewers experienced issues with booking and scheduling their driving lessons. One reviewer, Erin & Alistair Whitfield, booked and confirmed their lesson, only to be told on the day that no instructor was available. Another reviewer, Rst, had their lesson cancelled twice due to instructor unavailability.
Professionalism and Conduct
Some reviewers were unhappy with the professionalism and conduct of the instructors. Nick Thwaites reported that instructors were unable to park properly and blocked the road. Lindsey Langford had a negative experience with an instructor, Ian, who made inappropriate sexual comments and failed to provide a refund despite promising to do so.
